Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid BrandBento subscriptions (Pro, Max). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

1. Subscriptions

Plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current period.

2. Refund eligibility

  • If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or a renewal charge.
  • Refunds for charges older than 14 days are considered case-by-case, at our discretion.
  • We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g. repeated refund-and-resubscribe) or violations of our Terms.

3. How to request a refund

Email contact@suchoi.co from your account email with your purchase details. We aim to respond within a few business days.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

5. Free plan

The Free plan involves no charge and therefore no refund.
